Workers Compensation Attorneys Office

Kenton Koszdin: Los Angeles Workers Comp Attorney

My office has been focusing on serving the needs of people injured on the job in Los Angeles and Southern California for over 10 years.

My office handles cases from Ventura in the west to Long Beach in the south, Riverside in the east, and Palmdale-Lancaster (Antelope Valley) in the north.

I have been voted by other lawyers in Los Angeles as a Rising Star Lawyer two years in a row.

I have received extensive training in application of the American Medical Association Guides to the Evaluation of Permanent Impairment, 5th Edition and the workers’ compensation reform laws passed on 04/19/2004.

My mission is to help those who are seriously injured on the job avoid becoming victims of the new post 2004 workers’ compensation system. Our goal is to get our clients as well as possible both physically and financially.

The number of workers’ compensation cases I handle is kept limited (unlike many other firms in Los Angeles) so that my office can focus on helping the more seriously impaired workers.

The California Workers Compensation law had been changed dramatically to the detriment of injured workers. Self representation for a seriously injured worker in the new system while not a good idea under the pre 2004 system is an even worse choice in the new workers’ compensation system. For this reason, if you have a serious injury at work that will likely result in a permanent and lasting change in your ability perform your current job or activities of daily living; you should call me office at 1-800-438-7734 for a free consultation.

If you are unable to come to my office in person, I can interview you over the telephone or send an investigator to your home.
